Requesting a Makeup AP Exam - Deadline is 5:00 PM Central Time on Sunday, May 24th

From College Board: College Board is reopening makeup requests for ANY AP STUDENT who tested and didn't successfully submit answers, even if your 48 hour window has passed. Students who began an AP Exam either this week or last week but didn’t successfully submit their answer(s) should request a makeup by May 24 at 5 pm Central Time. http:// cb.org/requestmakeup Reasons to request an AP Exam makeup could include: Internet or power went out Tech or submission issue You're not sure if you uploaded the correct document You copy/pasted your response in your email submission instead of attaching your files Students will receive makeup approval for these issues, or similar ones: sickness; significant interruptions from family members; battery failures; power outages; technical disruptions. Virtual Graduation Information - Watch on Saturday, May 23rd at 3:30 PM

Woodrow Families: Tomorrow is a special day for our Wildcat Seniors. On Saturday, May 23rd at 3:30 PM, we hope that you will tune in to watch our first ever virtual graduation. You will hear inspiring speeches and music from our talented performing arts students while seeing both a serious and silly side of the Class of 2020.   The districtwide graduation schedule and links to view the ceremony can be found HERE .  It will stream on Facebook and another online platform accessible at  https://www.dallasisd.org/graduations  at the time of the ceremony.  While previous graduations were limited to the seating capacity of the venue, this format will allow everyone to share in the experience. For our Seniors, I hope this is an opportunity to celebrate with those who have supported you along the way. May 10th, 2020 - Cap/Gown Pick Up, AP Exams, College Access, Yearbooks

Happy Mother's Day! SENIOR CAP and GOWN PICK UP: First, make sure that you are filling out the Graduation Form for us to fill your personal slide and the graduation program information accurately.  For clarity, the honors question is in reference to positions or honors received (ex: NHS, Class Officer, IB Diploma Candidate) The “message” can be something from your parents, a quote you like, a fond memory (school appropriate) and has no length requirement. Please see the directions and protocols for pick up  HERE . T he hours for students to come pick up their cap and gown and take their picture will be between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm or between 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. (Students must be prepared to take their picture upon arrival and will not be permitted to leave and come back at another time.) Ladies will come Monday morning or Tuesday afternoon Gentlemen will come Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning We understand that there are AP tests being administered these day

May 7th, 2020 - Class of 2020 Graduation Preparation - Senior Info Form, Cap/Gown Pick Up

Today's post is for our graduating seniors: Congratulations on making it to graduation! It has been a joy to work with you this year and I am excited to see each of you move on to the next stage of your life. We have a few items to attend to first to help make our virtual graduation run smoothly.  First, make sure that you are filling out the Graduation Form for us to fill your personal slide and the graduation program information accurately.  For clarity, the honors question is in reference to positions or honors received (ex: NHS, Class Officer, IB Diploma Candidate). The “message” can be something from your parents, a quote you like, a fond memory (school appropriate) and has no length requirement. Second, we will need to take a photo of each of you in your cap and gown, a video of you turning your tassel and a video of you throwing your cap to be seen during the graduation ceremony. This will all be done on Monday and Tuesday of next week (5/11 & 5/12
